Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AABAR Nurseries platform — the web dashboard, the AABAR Parents app, and the AABAR Staff app (the "Services"), provided by AABAR ("AABAR"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

Accounts are created and managed by your nursery ("Nursery"). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us at info@aabar.io of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Use the Services only for legitimate childcare/nursery purposes and only to access data you are authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to access other nurseries' or other parents' data, probe, or disrupt the Services.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. messages, photos, records). You grant AABAR and your Nursery a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Services. You are responsible for having the right to submit any content, including images of and information about children.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, AABAR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You or your Nursery may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
